Deep in the forest goldfish are at peace...swimming freely between the trees.

Heheh... yea I have a 8" Koi that just eats everything in the pond. We've held back putting him back in the pond because of the tadpoles... he'd gobble them up!

Hi there!

I like to dream that anything’s possible, like if I still was a child. So, the idea of a forest inhabited by goldfishes is a 100% representer of those types of dreams… however, what if there were also bigger fishes and sharks too? :fear:

Anyway, just to say that I loved your work, it was those colours that most attracted me, right after the strange and surrealist concept of a goldfish forest! very clever of yours!

Please, keep up with the good work, and thank you for sharing your art with us!

Kisses,
Eloísa Valdes

After reading the description, I still had to look three times to notice that the fish had a forest for a background. The whole thing blends together so well. This gets a :+fav:

Thanks very much. I tried to make it mesh as best as possible...while still having more than just a picture quality... the forst and the fish seemed to just mesh together. And it was supposed to be deeper than just the picture. :) Thanks. :)

She's a sculpturist and photographer - pretty famous - Sandy Skoglund....

In particular this is the one your piece reminded me of: [link]

Great manipulation. It does make you look twice. I'm going to have to try something like this sometime, or once I get better at manips.
